Managed · we run it, your SMF signs

    Hand us the compliance work.
    Keep the accountability.

RegForge Managed runs your day-to-day compliance with the full specialist team, and a named human reviewer QA-checks the work before it reaches you. Your senior manager still reviews, adopts and signs every regulated decision.

    The arrangement

We run the work. A human QA-checks it. You stay accountable.

    01Your AI team

Drafts the work, cited to the Handbook

Twenty-six named specialists monitor your obligations and prepare the work, with the Handbook reference behind every line.

    02RegForge (Managed only)

    A named reviewer QA-checks it

On Managed, a named RegForge reviewer quality-checks the work-product before it reaches you. This QA step is the difference between Copilot and Managed.

Your senior manager reviews, adopts and signs

You receive finished, defensible work. Your own senior manager reviews it, adopts it and signs. You stay the sole accountable person, and the decision and the record are yours.

    What is included

Everything in Copilot, run for you, with a human reviewer on the work.

    • The full specialist team and Reggie, the same twenty-seven agents as Copilot, run for you rather than driven by you.
    • A named RegForge reviewer who QA-checks the work-product before it reaches you.
    • An append-only evidence trail behind every decision, ready for your senior manager to adopt.
    • Your senior manager stays the sole accountable person; the sign-off, and the firm, remain yours.
    • UK data storage (London) with GDPR Article 28 processing terms; your data is never used to train any model.

    The daily rhythm

    • Monitors your obligations across AML, conduct, prudential, filings and the registers, every day.
    • Drafts the work when something needs doing: a filing, a register entry, a policy update, a horizon note.
    • Cites the Handbook reference behind every draft, and assembles the evidence trail as it goes.
    • Routes the edge cases to a human, so judgment calls reach a person, not a queue.

    What you receive

    • A reviewed work-product record behind each decision, showing the Handbook references, the reasoning and the inputs.
    • An evidence pack your senior manager can present to an inspector, assembled as the work is done.
    • Morning and weekly briefings, so you always know what the team did and what is waiting on you.

    If the FCA contacts you

If the FCA contacts you, the work and its evidence trail are already assembled and reviewed. Your senior manager presents them, with the reasoning behind every decision in one place.

    Who reviews your work

A named reviewer, on every work-product.

    Named reviewer

    Michael Brennan

    CEO & Founder

Today, every piece of Managed work-product is personally reviewed by Michael before it reaches you. He QA-checks the specialist team's output against the Handbook and your firm's own context. Your own senior manager reviews, adopts and signs every regulated decision, and stays the sole accountable person to the FCA.

A background in financial regulation, from inside the FCA to consultancies and start-ups.

    Priced by verified firm size

One product. Your price follows your size, not a sales call.

Managed is a single service. The band is set by your verified regulated headcount and senior-manager count, cross-checked against the FCA Register and Companies House.

Priced against an outsourced compliance function, not a per-seat tool.

    • Small5 to 20 staffFrom £2,500
    • Larger firms21 to 49 staffBy quote
    • 50+ & Networks50+ or multi-entityCustom

4 staff or fewer? Most firms your size run Copilot Professional, self-serve. Managed intake at that size is limited; the price check will show you both.

Activation is £500 one-off, waived on an annual term and never otherwise. Minimum engagement 90 days. An annual term is 11 times the monthly fee, so one month is free.

    The human bench · Managed

On Managed, a person QA-checks the work before you sign it.

The AI team drafts and Reggie checks it. On Managed, a named RegForge reviewer then QA-checks the work-product before it reaches you. Today that reviewer is our founder, Michael Brennan; the functions below are the review work he covers, and the bench your firm is named to as the team grows. The reviewer QA-checks the work-product; your senior manager signs the regulated decision.

    Lead compliance reviewer

Reviews the team's output against the Handbook and your firm's own context, then QA-checks the work-product before it reaches you.

    Quality and evidence

Checks that the evidence pack and audit trail behind each decision are complete and defensible, so nothing reaches you half-built.

    Escalation and judgment

Takes the edge cases the team flags, applies judgment, and decides what needs your senior manager's eyes first.

Today your work is reviewed by Michael Brennan, our founder. As the bench grows, every reviewer is named to your firm and accountable to RegForge for the quality of the work. The regulated sign-off stays with your senior manager, who remains the sole accountable person to the FCA.

    Where the line sits

Your accountability never leaves your firm.

RegForge sits outside the FCA perimeter. We never hold a senior management function, the MLRO is always a person inside your firm, and the named reviewer's QA check is a quality gate on the team's work-product, not a regulated sign-off.

    • A named RegForge reviewer QA-checks every work-product
    • Your SMF reviews, adopts and signs each regulated decision
