      Before a specialist draft reaches you, it must clear a confidence floor; and where the draft has to cite the rulebook, every Handbook, MLR 2017 or POCA reference in its text must be a provision the specialist was given for that draft, or a chapter above one. Weak or ungrounded work is held back, not shown to you.

    Where the line sits

    The software does the work. You hold the responsibility.

    RegForge is not authorised or regulated by the FCA and never holds a Senior Management Function. Your firm stays fully responsible for its regulatory obligations, and your senior managers for their own responsibilities. On Managed, the named reviewer's QA check is a quality gate on the team's work-product, not a regulated approval.
